Check before starting
Open the front cover of the equipment and check whether there are obstacles on the track or near the placement head. Check the stains inside the equipment. Check the safety of the feeding system and equipment surroundings.
Connect the air source
Turn on the gas source switch in front of the equipment, check the gas meter to confirm that the air pressure value is 0.4~0.65MPa

Turn on the main power of the device
Turn on the main power of the equipment and turn the rotary switch pointing to OFF to ON.
MMI initialization
The equipment automatically executes the MMI program, enters the system operation surface, automatically initializes, and inspects each module of the equipment.
Perform initialization of the device to return to the origin
a. Press the "READY" button of the device.
b. Clear the error message.
c. Click the Start Home button of MMI to perform the restoration.
Cancel an emergency stop
a. Rotate to release the emergency stop button "EMG".
b. Press the "STOP" button.
c. Press the ‘REST’ button.
d. Press the ‘READY’ button of the device.

a. In the main menu toolbar, click "Apply" to enter the corresponding interface.
b. In the submenu bar, click the "Warm-up" button to enter the warm-up dialog interface.
c. Enter the warm-up time for 5-10 minutes, and click the start button, the relevant mechanical parts will start to run and enter the warm-up state.

3. Shut down
Step 1-Shut down, MMI shuts down.
First press "STOP" to pause, then press "RESET" and then press "FEEDER". After completing the above shutdown sequence, click the submenu "Close" in the "File", and click "OK" to shut down the machine when prompted. Note that if the current file has not been saved, save the relevant file before shutting down.
Step 2-Turn off the main power switch. When the display shows "IT IS SAFE TO CLOSE YOUR COMPUTE NOW!", turn off the main power switch counterclockwise.

2. Heat engine
The machine stops for a long time and starts up for the first time, and the machine needs to be warmed up before it is put into production. The heat engine is divided into two parts. Power on to preheat and warm up. The power-on preheating is aimed at the circuit part of the placement machine. The temperature of each board of the placement machine is relatively low just after the machine is turned on. There may be air liquefaction in the circuit, so it takes a few minutes to let the circuit without load after power-on. Use its own temperature to make the circuit return to the state when it works normally. The significance of warm-up mainly lies in the mechanical part. The meaning is similar to the preheating of the circuit part. It is for the lubrication system of mechanical parts to work normally and the temperature is normal (in fact, the expansion coefficient and friction coefficient of the mechanical parts in this process will reach a good state). At this time, it is running at low speed and the time is longer.

4. Safety requirements
a. It is strictly forbidden to open the front and rear safety doors of the placement machine when the placement machine is running.
b. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the inside of the machine when the placement machine is running, so as not to cause serious injury to the body or the placement machine.
c. The placement machine is not allowed to be close to the placement machine when it is running.
d. The operator is not allowed to enter the "manager" or higher level password, and is not allowed to change any parameters of the placement machine.
e. When there is a special situation in the placement machine, press the "emergency stop" of the placement machine and notify the technician or engineer in time.
f. During production, please check the materials of each station in the "SMT Station Table" with the actual materials loaded into the placement machine station, and then proceed to production after the verification is correct.
