6.8.2 Mainboard small material welding temperature 340℃ ~ 360℃

6.8.3 Welding temperature of plastic parts and structural materials (such as card holder, USB holder, touch switch, battery connector, etc.) : 280℃ ~ 300℃

6.8.4 Shielding enclosure: 340 ° C to 380 ° C

6.8.5 Conventional package IC welding temperature 340℃ ~ 360℃

6.8.6 BGA package IC welding temperature 340℃ ~ 360℃

6.8.7 FPC board maintenance temperature 260 ° C to 280 ° C

6.8.8 Soft and hard bonded plate 280℃ ~ 320℃

6.8.9 Squeegee maintenance temperature: 200℃ ~ 220℃

6.9 Auxiliary Materials Requirements

6.9.1 Maintenance accessories must be qualified products certified by the company, and also meet the requirements of the products

6.9.2 Maintenance auxiliary materials belong to chemicals and shall comply with chemical management regulations.

6.9.2.1 All accessories must have AN MSDS label, indicating the name of the item, expiration date and safety category.

6.9.2.2 The waste of chemical auxiliary materials is different from ordinary garbage, and special chemical recovery barrels must be used.

6.9.2.3 Flux plays an auxiliary role in the welding process. Try not to use it or use it less. When used, the quantity is enough, not more, because the residue may corrodes THE PCB board.

6.9.2.4 Chemicals are corrosive and inflammable. Wear esd clothes, esd gloves, and masks when using the chemicals.
